As the Housing Authority nears bankruptcy thanks to the criminal like antics of Kenny Boy and his cohorts on the 3rd Floor as they loot and pillage their way through ONE BILLION DOLLARS of tax payer money - the rank and file employees are getting the shitty end of the stick by being forced to take unpaid furlough days.
To make matters WORSE "Kinky" Ken Simmons has been spotted on a wild shopping spree at all the high-end women's clothing stores at the Beverly Center and Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.

I am glad that someone Finally got a Photo of Ken Simmons doing his crazy things. When will the city realize he is a freak? The third floor has to have those "Piso Mojado" wet floor signs around his office because of the almost daily "relieving of his pressures". first Rudy "Good booty" Montiel and now THIS goes public. Where is that guy from channel 2 when you need him? The Housing Police Department got shut down for beatings as you see in the picture I included here.
