Contractor was working on and off for over 2 months and tried to double the fee towards the last stages of the project and overbill for supplies because I suppled most of them. Then tried to extort final payment from me at about 70% done, with errors and said if I didn't pay he would not do the work and left. He was threatening to me and took advantage of me. I have invoices, receipts, etc. This is also being investigated by the BBB, FL AG Pam Bondi, FDACS, etc.
