This company would accept my rent every month for 3 years. I paid on time if not early. They now are coming after me for the cost of remodeling their whole rental property. They were sneaky on the walk through and when i inquired about needing a lil more time for cleaning they responded with no thats not necessary. Then walked through the property and are charging me for everything including the kitchen sink. Predetory procedures are used on all their former tenants.
