Over a year ago i went to her looking for an affordable colorist to give me blonde hair. She quoted me $135 cash in writing, for a haircut, base color and highlights. After over a year of trial and error hair colors, after my last appt, she let me know that now I have to pay her $50 more dollars to get my hair done by her. After I told her that I cannot afford that, and that I wanted to move on to a new stylist, she refused to give me the formula and brand of my hair color to give to my new colorist and will not reply to any of my texts. I feel ripped off by her. I paid fair and square for that formula and it is very unprofessional for her to not relinquish it to me.
