I thought this was finally the answer I'd been looking for! I had thinning hair and I wanted to cover the few spots on top with a THIN, NATURAL-LOOKING product that would solve my problem. I watched a video and was told this is my what I needed. I was a perfect candidate. "My lucky day!" What I didn't want, to be sure, was a THICK, MOP-LOOKING WIG. I have thin hair - naturally - and that is what I wanted! I explained that VERY carefully - at least five times to the so-called counselor and the beautician. They ordered something altogether different than I instructed them to order!! I wanted thin, small in diameter, straight, something I could put on and take off as I pleased. I got NONE of that!!!

I got a thick, huge wig that they glued to my head that was so fake and disgusting that it didn't blend in with my real hair. Not in CLOSE to what I had CAREFULLY explained I wanted. They completely ignored what MY wishes were and ramrodded a sale through without giving me the facts.

That's not all. The WIG would not stay glued and especially in the front where it was visable to everyone. The products were EXTREMELY expensive! After the 2nd trip to the "beauty shop" for a repair job and a hairdo for $120 bucks a whack, it all started over again. It was worse than babysitting a newborn with colic!!!! (Except that you love the baby.)

Between visits I used the double-sided tape I had to buy to try to stick the da_ _ thing down with, but to no avail. One morning after my shower I began to carefully dry the wig and it flopped right off my head- all but about a 3/4 inch section on one side. I just lifted it off my dripping wet head, put it in a plastic bag, drove to Hair Club, and told them what their $3,000 product had done.

Bottom line: They could do NOTHING because "I had removed the 'matrix' and only they could do that, so therefore the warranty is no longer valid." WHAT??? They were completely unwilling, uncaring, immovable. The most disgusting, outrageously dishonest business I have ever dealt with! Stay away from them....please. I would LOVE to join a class action law suit. Count me in!

With large companies you loose out on quality

When you go along with a large company you loose a lot of quality. I have been in the hair replacement business for over 50 years and I know everything there is to know about this business. When a company gets too large they hire amateurs right out of beauty school. I would advise you to find someone locally who has experience and has passion and love for what they do. Small businesses in this field are always better. If you have any questions you can email me (((ROR REDACTED)))or through my website (((ROR REDACTED))). I wish you all the best David Hansen
