I have been going to hair cuttery for years. I have never even once before conplained.

I went to the hair cuttery at Chesterfield Town Center in
Richmond Virginia to get my hair color touched up. Much to my horror, instead of the copper color I selected, my hair was the color of mud.

The stylist was much too busy putting corn rolls in her
boyfried's hair to give my hair much attention at all. She put me under the dryer (why?) for forty-five minutes. The timer went off about twenty minutes earlier but, once again, she could not be bothered. She then told me to sit next to the sinks. She said she had to wait for my hair to "cool" before she washed it. The truth was that I was not important and she did
not care.

I was horrified. I told her that I did not like the color. I would have gladly paid to have it fixed She yelled at me and told me that was the color I selected. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I paniced and handed her my credit card and left. She put 37 dollars on the card. (Why 37?)

I went to Salon Secrets where a nice man fixed my hair. He said I had a "brown out". He said the color was left on my hair way too long. He lifted the old color and added the right color. After a well-deserved tip the visit cost $100, worth every penny.

I will never set foot in a hair cuttery salon ever again.
