In the winter of 2002 John Langlois lost a major product line (Redken) as a result of his greedy diversion practices. This entire product line, including the our color line, was lost to the entire Company. Our favorite products were now gone forever.
We had to be re-trained in new procedures at our own expense and on own time and we were never reimbursed.
Laglois' $2 deduct from all our pay is a complete lie. It is not used for education or any other benefit to the Employees.
These are only two examples of how he screws us.
He cheats every person in his Company out of money. He cheats all of the vendors and all of the lease holders out of money. (Huge amounts of money) He is known in the Seacoast of New Hampshire as a greedy liar.
He cheats his customers with false advertising and charges higher service prices by making it look as if he is giving us stylist a promotion. Langlois runs a tanning sale claiming "all new bulbs" and the fact is he changed them 9 months ago! He runs a 1/2 price sale and when you get in the door you realize the sale is only like 20%.
At Company events he is a pig with the staff, drunk and s****.>
Two of his top people actually WERE fired for standing up to him. Both of them were women. Now only men work at the Corporate office.

When I was at Hair Esxcitement I hated working for the man. He used to take 2 dollars out of my paycheck! I'm a single mom with three kids and I know two dollars goes a long way. Also, when we had the casino night he had b****es going down on him on the dance floor all night, throwing cash like he was some sort of pimp. He called me a hoochie and told me if I wanted to go anywhere in life I had to suck him off. John Langlois is a disguisting pig and I always hated how he was more involved with coaching than the business. At one point he had me give John Calipari a free haircut and cause he knows the guy.
