Complaint Review: Hair Systems Designs- Margaret

i placed an order for a lace front wig with margaret at hair systems designs on august 12th. i have had no communication with this person since october and i still don't have the product. i received a wig and it was not what i ordered. i have sent numerous emails and i call everyday practically to leave a message when the voice mail box isn't full. i had someone call to inquire about ordering and margaret returned her call in a weeks time. she is avoiding my calls and emails therefore i have been ripped off! i was unable to dispute the charges wuth my credit card company because of the time frame! it i now march 17th and $243.00 is gone. i even printed out all of the emails i sent to margaret and fedexed them to her,it required a signature and she did received it. she should not be in business especially if she is dealing with people who need wigs for medical reasons...it could be devasting!
