I was not sure I wanted to Join Hair club but was assured that if I signed the agreement and made the deposit I would get my deposit back if I changed my mind that they had a 100% guarantee of refund. I signed the agreement and made the deposit but later changed my mind. When I asked for a refund I was thold that before I could receive my refund I would have to sign a nondisclosure agreement that I would not reveal to anyone why I decided not to join. I signed and returned the agreement but have not received my refund and now Cherly will not even return my calls. What happened to their 100% guarantee
