Bought over $150 in flowers that fell apart. Dont ever buy from this person is a rip off scam artist to be selling such cheap hair flowers. Her hair flowers are the worst! Cheap and over priced. Your better off on buying them from Clairs or make them yourself at Michaels. I bought these for my wedding and it would be so embarrassing if I even used these for my special day. I cant even describe how horrid they are. Heather the designer should really just sell them at a yard sale!! It took 3 months to get them too!

This report you filed was very harsh, I understand emotions run high during weddings so first I would like to say that I have a love it or return it policy.

I've searched through all my orders for the last 6 months and have not found a Jennifer from Los Angeles.  Maybe I missed it (I went through 4000+ orders) or maybe you are on the outskirts of LA and I couldn't find it. Either way I don't understand why you wouldn't email, return the shipment or call me about this? I have never had a complaint like this.  I have over 2500+ positive feedback (99.7%) on ebay: http://stores.ebay.com/artsygrrrl. 100% positive on Amazon and 1000+ happy customers on my site.
I've made hundreds of wedding flowers and custom wedding orders. Sometimes packages are damaged during shipment and I can not help that but that is why I have my return or exchange policy.  Damaged orders especially for a wedding is a terrible tragedy.

Please send my your order number (you received it with your order confirmation email) or if you no longer have it send me your email you used during checkout, or your full name and I'll look up your order and check the usps tracking as well.
