In 2010 IFMI contracted with Mr. Larry Hales from Hales Golbal Group.  The contract stated that Larry Hales and Hales Golbal Group would provided IFMI with $4 million in new goverment sales by Oct of 2010 and that IFMI would pay Larry Hales/Hales Global Group $10,500.  In addtion to this a Mr. Hales said that there was a fee of $2,000 to detemine if Hales Global Group could help IFMI land goverement contracts.  Mr. Hales visted IFMI and went on and on about how IFMI was going to make him wealthy and his grandchildern weathly along with making IFMI weathly.   Mr. Hales sent countless emails about how he was working on deals and how he was almost done with a million dollar deal and would be flying out to have us sign contract.  This countiuned on for months and then nothing.  It is now 8/17/2014 and Mr. Hales and Hales Global Group has not provided IFMI with one goverment contract to even consider.  IFMI has sent serveral demand for payment letters but Mr. Hales and Hales Global refuses to honor the contract from 2010 which stated the Hales Global would return IFMI investment of $10,500 if the sales target of $4 million was not reached by Oct 2010.  Hales Global website boast how they landed 40 million dolllars in goverment contract for their cleints in 2012 but they still refuse to return IFMI investment.  In your opion do not do business with Mr. Larry Hales or any of his bussiness.  IFMI is currently seeking legal console because the contract also stated that if IFMI pervails Mr Hales/Hales Global Group would have to pay for IFMI legal console

Ok Ok I admitt that I'm not the best speller in the world and I did messed up the date but come on Larry Hales and Hales Global!!  You are so mixed up that you do not know what you are writing.  IFMI stands for Industrial Fabrication and Machine Inc.  We are based in Waterloo IA.  Our website is industrialfab.net. I think you are mixing us up with a different compnay becuase we are not based in Germany and we have nothing to do with Fuel or Energy.

We are a Fabrication, Rigging, Millwright, Warehousing and Transportation company.  Industrial Fabrication and Machine Inc has done nothing wrong but Larry Hales and Hales Global do not tell the truth.  For those of you thinking about doing business with Larry Hales and/or Hales Global please emial us first at sales@industrialfab.net.  I will personally send you or any one else that wants to see the contract that Larry Hales and Hales Global signed.  Let the truth be know.

Rebuttal To Rip-off Report  *EDitor’s Response to Hales Global Claims

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, December 05, 2013

Hales Global Group feels obligated to respond to the vicious lies and one-sided story posted earlier this year by the so-called Ripoff-Report.com website. What we’ve concluded is that the so-called report is itself a ripoff, spewing reported lies and half-truths and having little regard for the facts. Here is one of its so-called facts: “This countiuned on for months and then nothing. It is now 8/17/2014 and Mr. Hales and Hales Global Group has not provided IFM with one goverment contract to even consider.” Last time we checked, it is still 2013. And the misspelling of “continued” and “government” are Rip-off Reports, not Hales Global. Now to the more substantive issues. To be blindsided by Rip-off Report puts Hales Global in good company. The website has also attacked American Express, Apple, IBM, CBS, Citibank, Bank of America, Ford, JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and even Goggle. Bottomline: If you’re in business, you’re going to have some disagreements, feuds, rivalries and misunderstandings. But the way to resolve them is in not in a one-sided Internet posting by a careless, holier-than-thou operation. At Hales Global, we tried to contact Rip-off Report to present our side- to explain our side and other complications in the business dealings in which the site carelessly does not allow to be detailed. What we found was that attempting to get a response was like getting President Obama to answer the phone at the White House. The site’s owners would not respond directly to its vicious, irresponsible, inaccurate, and dishonest statements. Rip-off Report is not in a position to establish the truth of an issue, because it does not and will not communicate with the accused firm. The link on their site that supposed to be for rebuttal requires site registration but Rip-off Report did not respond to Hales Global’s request at the site. The site is entirely dependent on the accuser as the source of truth. Every part of the Rip-off report is colored by this reality. Here’s what Rip-off Report failed to tell you, according to Larry Hales, CEO and founder of Hales Global.

In December of 2008, Hales and his team were invited to Germany and then to Switzerland to meet with Ambassador Capella and Countless Irene Khreninger of Germany who had Russian suppliers who could make available JP5 fuel for the Department of Defense who needed the fuel badly. At that time, DOD needed the fuel for Iraq, and the acquisition office could not locate suppliers anywhere in the world to accommodate the need. As it turned out, the would-be suppliers were limited, who, at the last minute, were not able to deliver the fuel on a billion dollar contract. The Department of Defense then went elsewhere to make the buy. Pemex in Mexico became the supplier. Ambassador Capella and his associate Countless Khreninger told Mr. Peter Kwetz in Germany about the government relation’s services that Hales Global in Washington, DC was able to provide to companies in Europe. In March of 2009, Mr. Peter Kwetz (deceased) contacted Hales Global and asked that we introduce one of his distance associates, Markus Meyle, president of IEM, to the Department of Energy for a possible sale of its energy product. Following many conference calls, Hales Global agreed to arrange these high level meetings in Washington, DC. We agreed to provide services to IEM and they insisted on sending a check instead of the normal process of wiring funds. The IEM check bounced. A few days before Meyle and Spinney were to arrive in Washington. We immediately made contact and inform them we could NOT go through with the scheduled meetings. It then took IEM more than a week to send a retainer deposit of $10,500. Once the wiring of funds were cleared we reschedule the meetings at the Department of Energy and at the German Embassy with the right Embassy stakeholders. People in attendance at the meetings included Markus Meyle and his partner, Anthony Spinney, both of Europe Mr. Kwetz, prior to his death, had communicated the negatives on both Meyle and Spinney in emails, which are available for anyone’s review. In the Rip-off Report, Meyle does not provide his name or the real truth. Once he and Spinney arrived in Washington, it was not the Department of Energy demonstration contract that interested them. The energy project was merely their cover.
