Half.com They Owe Me About $1300 and Are Reluctant to Release My Money. Internet
About seven months ago I used to sell books in this website, some of which were International Edition books. Because of this, they cancelled my account and put my money "In Hold". When I asked them when they would release my money, they said I had to wait 90 days to make sure all those buy who wanted to return their books got their money back. More than 4 months passed and they hadn't still release my money
so I tried to communicate with them via telephone and email with no positive results- they just gave me the "run around." It was then that I turned to the BBB for help and they finally answer to my complain saying that they were "sorry" because my emails never "reached" half.com support and asked me to fax them some documents and let them know when I did so. I already did and let them know and they are gone again!!. SOMEBODY HAS TO DO SOMETHING WITH THIS GUYS SINCE THEY CAN KEEP DOING THIS- A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.

After a long time of frustration and suffering, they finally sent me a manual check a week ago. They said they hadn't answered to my emails because there was an error in their system, which I help them to discover.
