I took my 2005 nissan altima 3.5sl in because it was not able to accellarate properly. They told me that before they could diagnose the problem I had to purchase over 400.00 worth of flushes. Well I did do the flushes only to be told that it was a catalytic convertor. They never put the car on the lift when they advised me to do the flushes.

It has taken this service department over a month to correct the problem and each time I go there they seem to create a new problem for my car with only 30,000 miles.

According to the service department I have had a bent rim, Missing hood prop rod, Bubble in my coolany line, Missing engine cover and bad tanny fluid(even after the flushes i had done) Seems to me that the warranty work doesnt pay them anything but the way they manipulate your car gets them huge profits. I have called the corporate offices of HALL and also Nissan corporate as well and I am still waiting for a resolution.
BUYER BEWARE... DONT GO TO HALL AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE !!!
