Halleen Kia Company will not honor auto warranty NorthOlmsted Ohio

 I have a 2011 Kia Sorrento Ex with 19,000 miles. My car sat in a shopping center parking lot for 3 hours while I shopped, when I got back to my car, the dashboard buttons were melted.the company is trying to blame me, and is giving me the complete run around saying they won't cover it. The warranty is for 100,000miles/10yrs, bumper to bumper. The service rep. said the buttons cost $1300.00 and the company won't pay. I say $1300.00 buttons shouldn't melt, if they do, fix it and honor the warranty. That's why I bought this car, for the great warranty, but if you don't stand behind it, what good is it?
