Complaint Review: Hallmark Institute of Photography

Please be advised that this report is being written by an x student of Hallmark Institute of Photography. It sadly seems that some of these reports made here have be written by faculty/people close to Hallmark. No proof, however the way it has been written should speak for itself.

I attended Hallmark with one thing in mind. To leave as a successful and fulfilled student capable of starting his own photographic business. Well that was short lived. This place is the biggest joke and disgrace to all form of academic establishments.

Here are a few of the many Facts:

Instructors where never around when you needed them or should I say when they where meant to be there.

The equipment ( I.E the Mamyia Cameras) where always breaking or broken. Later to find out that because of George Rosa (president of Hallmark) unethical practices Maymia canceled there contract with the school. Hence no repairs or working equipment. To top it off we where told that this "Maymia Award" was considered a very respectable thing and honer to earn. Well guess what is was never issued...EVEN THOUGH WE WHERE TOLD OTHERWISE AT ENROLLMENT.

Everywhere I went within Turners Falls (school location) people told me "to go away" "your form Hallmark" (camera in hand). Most of these people had friends or close relative that had had some form of bad experience at Hallmark. Therefore they refused to help with models, or posing, etc.. I went one day to Orange, MA to a local airstrip there to shoot skydivers only to find out that the pilot used to fly Hallmark Students until he wasn't paid his outstanding bill of over $6,000. Sadly this was only the beginning!

I could go on and on and on. I have wasted enough time on this place. This school will not be in existence in 2-3 years max. Certainly with a crook like George Rosa running that joint.

PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE even thinking of ATTENDING HALLMARK....."GOOGLE HALLMARK INSTITUTE OF PHOTOGRAPHY" AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!

THIS SCHOOL IS A SCANDALS DREAM, YES GEORGE ROSA.

HOW DOES A MAN SUCH AS GEORGE ROSA (PRESIDENT OF HALLMARK) STILL HAVE JOB AT HALLMARK WHEN HE HAS COMMITTED A FEDERAL CRIME OF FRAUD ($2.6 MILLION). HE SHOULD BE IN PRISON NOT CONTINUING TO STEAL FROM STUDENTS AND RUNNING THAT SCHOOL.

-ENOUGH OF THIS BULLSH*T ALREADY!
