Halloween City #401 Bought Robin costume, did not contain 2 major pieces of the costume, would not take costume back or provide missing pieces! Ripoff! Iselin, New Jersey
I went to Halloween City on October 30th and bought a Robin Halloween costume for $50. Took it home and opened it. The mask and the gloves were missing! I called the store and talked to the store manager. He refused to take it back OR provide the missing pieces. He said it was my responsibility to open the costume in the store to make sure all the pieces were there.
