Complaint Review: Hall's Home Improvement - Pulaski Tennessee

Jason Hall and Chris Craig of Hall's Home Improvement in Pulaski TN were contracted to build 2 decks, 2 sets of stairs, new porch railings, repair a roof leak and install chimney flashing. They did not complete the job or even close to it.

When all was said and done, we were left with the roof leak and being exposed to water damage, only one set of stairs and they are unsafe. The other set of stairs were not built because Jason Hall could not do simple math.  The porch railings are amateurish and have extensive uneven cuts causing large gaps. A small child could cut straighter boards.  Nothing is square, level, or plumb. They also failed to use pressure-treated wood in many areas. None of the work Hall completed would pass code.  He took thousands of dollars and now we have an unfinished porch and 2 unfinished decks. 

We are pursuing legal action against him since November 2019. Next court date is May 2021.
