As the two other reporters have stated - we've been cotacted by Hammer Properties and offered a survey to establish potential for reducing business rates. A surveyor confirmed and verbally offered 30% reductions for a £500 one-off fee. In the contract there is no mention of the quote, 6 months later we were informed that the appeal has been withdrawn. No explanation, no refund, no contact. At the moment I'm writing this even Google is flagging their website as potential malware fraud. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION!
