Hammerpoint Interactive Scam Los Angeles California
A long time ago I purchased a game once named The War Z (TWZ) for short. Played it for quite some time and then it became further known as Infestation Surviver Stories. Long story shortened here I had decided to take a break from the MMO (Online Game Service) provided once you purchased the game. When I decided to go play the game I purchased some time ago, I find my account is banned. There is no reason as to why? Nor did I have any reason to be banned. Yet it occured.
So why write this report? What have I done so far? Well per the reqeust of the company you need to report any issues to a "Ticket System" Located : https://warz.zendesk.com/home . Here is the kicker. There is no ETA provided on answering your ticket. If you research a bit you find that it takes this company sometimes 3 months to answer a ticket. With no other way to contact them. So I have waited for weeks upon weeks with no reply.
Sadly it seems this is a very common issue with this company. From research and if you have ever played their game you will find they allow hackers to play this daily. Nothing is really done to stop them. They are clueless as to how to stop them, and apparently they ban out the legit people in this world.
If you are debating buying this game. Do yourself a favor and find something else. As you can see if I'm writing this report for a reason. And I hope this will shed light on how worthless this company can truely be.
