Complaint Review: Hammon Construction and House Moving

 Thanks Ray and Jennifer, now we can talk about how one sided the law is, a trafic violation a dui must be circumstance for the theft of over four thousand dollars in equipment, must be circumstance for the welfare you receive from the TAX money I pay, Must also be circumstance for you paying employees cash for the cash business your running in your garage, collecting welfare is a profitable business they say the benefits out  are like a twenty dollar an hour job?? Pluss the money we pay for you to watch the minority children, free day care?

Free food? and a cash business boarding dogs sounds proffitable?? I had a chance to speek with Ray on numerous occasions about the kennel, and also the fact hes not paying employee taxs?? I also had several health concerns at the property dumping sewer on the ground, from a washer inside the kennel?? Ray telling me sewer was surfacing in the back yard?? Do dogs run in that area?? He even thought maybe the swimming pool for the dogs was an old lagoon???

I Pay employee taxs and work comp, and also stuck paying your free ride, and watching as our government funds your work.. I witnessed Ray grabing his own child and ripping him off a bank by his leg almost splattering the child face first in the rock?? But this action is typical of white trash as the working class works and laws stiffen, the white trash figure out ways to get more? We must owe you huh. I must of owed you four thousand in equipment, I must of told you its alright you can keep my things??

But not a word from me like that was spoke, And i will say this you are thieves and in my book its a feloney to steel, But in the hypocrisy of your white trash world I must owe you?? A mug shot , a trafic violation and the fact I payed over $12,000.00 in fines and attorney fees, must make it alright for you to spuot off out of your white trash welfare fed mouth and keep anothers property??I did what we agreed on as you set collecting your welfare and cash, I think we should all dig deep and pull out some more cash for the Perrenouds, Heck we most likley give them health care to , maybe even pay for there drugs to treat there drug problems, You get an extra bonus for the minority kids to??

youve become, your husband goes to work comes home, you talk about how great your days were as you pop sum pills and forgets all thats around you, your children grow up doing drugs but you your self are to drugged up to care, as there glorified by the government and put in positions to make laws and laws for every body, but themselves. Our freedoms are turned into laws as there drugs kill hundreds of thousands of people and fry there brains into the dood like state( I wasnt lying I was campaigning), and they fund virtually all the drugs in this country,as we pay to fight the crime and pay to fund it??

My tax dollars virtually funded you to steal my things and work for cash as your sewer flows out on the ground and the government tells every one how wouderfull you are. Your the hipocrisy of white trash set up by the funds of government and Death. You were taken out of your time out chair apoligized to for the tourchers of all you must of went through, given some food and legal drugs to make everyting better, as you stole over fourthousand in equipment and justified it by a dui. I might not be the best driver but I will give you this guarantee I aint a thief... Can Beaver Foundation give a guarentee like that???How about you Ray can your wife guarentee you wont flip out some day and keep every ones dogs??

All you have to do is google Bryan Hammon Franklin County KS and you will find a nice mug shot from his arrest in 2010 for fleeing the scene of an accident. He was also arrested in 2011 for his third DUI. Sounds to me like a responsible, trustworth individual. 

Its amazing to me That people like this still have the freedom to write lies and proceed with life. These people stole over four thousand in equipment from me and still proceeds to walk freely. Its an outer tragedy that our tax dollars pay to raise their adopted children to teach them to be liars and thieves. Of course with the down fall of society and the decay in our morals as a society  non the less would be expected, Drugs and federal funding for such tragedies has left this world bound of all the filth it portrays. This man has been in conversations with me discussing his prior drug problems at one time being to the point he thought he was Jesus and omitted to the state Hospital, I can only imagine the tragedies life has brought for him but can never forget his own actions toward me. I would not be so wrong to say that some symptoms of drug use are treated with drugs?? We had been at Ray Perrenouds home for some time Hammering in rock with cost soaring for the extra expense of doing so. We proceed as instruct By Ray. We showed up some time in early august excited to get started! with equipment on site we started to dig a ramp to enter the underside of the home, and soon discovered rock, non dig able rock. I had disused with Ray prior to signing the contract that if we hit rock he would be charged for the extra expense of digging. Our contracts are set up in third, a third at signing a third after footing forms are set and a third when finished. At the signing of the contract Ray did not have the money required only paying five thousand of the twelve six owed, but reassuring me he had the money, That his father had passed away and his mother was giving him some Insurance money, To pay the bill for him, and true to his word he gave me a check from his mother for ten thousand, leaving him a credit, of a couple thousand but shortly after depositing the check the bank called to inform me that it had bounced. The check was no good, i picked the phone up and called Ray to let him know the check was no good, Ray called his mother and had the funds wired into our account to fix the problem, with that fixed we continued what we had set out to do, Put a basement under Rays home. With rock just under the top soil, we came  to an agreement on the price for digging such materials. I had advised Ray after two days of hammering to just repair the crawlspace that the rock was very hard, But Ray proceeded on digging, so we continued, after a couple weeks we had made it under the home and to the end of the old section of crawl space, a good place to stop as it was the original section of home, I had advised Ray once again to stop as that would be a perfect spot but only exposing eight hundred sqft of the twelve hundred he was wanting, but once again Ray insisted on hammering the rock stating we were to close to quit. After another week Ray had come to me and said he could only spend so much but we had reached that point, He had already spent that money, I don't think things  register right with the gentleman half the mornings he acted very lolygaged. He came to me the next morning to assure me we would get paid, that he could borrow more money on his home, and he had just applied and received a credit card to pay the remainder of the contract. I had informed Ray after the digging was complete and him wanting to pay with a card that the process was slow, especially on a large charge amount, telling him it could take five to seven days for us to receive the funds, and work would be delayed until funds had reached my account. Ray had also given me a check for some of the wood rot repair I had done on the home while digging so we could hold the house securely, I had not any reason to doubt he was going to pay me but proceeded cautiously, with the check he wrote deposited I installed the rebar in the footings and packed some twenty six tons of rock in the proposed basement area, and still not receiving payment on the credit card charge we set the following week waiting on the funds, that Thursday I showed up on the property and picked up a truck that was no longer needed and contacted a company to deliver concrete that Monday, after verifying the funds would be in my account Friday. I had text Ray and told him I set concrete for Monday morning. With a text back thanking me. The next morning I spoke to Ray on the phone and told him I had trouble getting concrete out in that rural area on such short notice, And if for some reason we did not receive His money by Monday I would charge him two hundred and fifty dollars for the lost time, but assured him, I was told the money would be there. He was very upset and started screaming at me telling me he already payed me, I tried to calm him telling him I had not received the money yet and was told once again it should be in my account that day. After our conversation I proceeded with the days  plans to go pick up the rest of the equipment we were not using, still had a skid-steer beams roller and some small hand tools. I showed up at the property a short time after our conversation and proceeded to clean up the unused equipment. I had loaded the skid-steer rollers and extra blocks, and had went to the new basement area and had been picking up some unused lumber and concrete stakes and had carried a bundle to the truck when Ray showed up, And started screaming at me again telling me I was walking off after receiving his payment, I assured him I was not. I was picking up unused equipment, that I had left a bundle of rebar for the walls that we would need. A little shocked and not sure how to respond I threw my arms up and walked toward the basement hole to finish getting the stakes, when he told me I was not going back under his home, I politely asked how I was going to pour his concrete Monday, He just stood and stared at me so I asked if I could pick up some left over beams on the side of the road with no response I went after the beams and had carried one of them to the trailer when a police officer showed up and told me Ray Perrenoud did not want me on his property any more. Completely off guard and a little shocked I boomed they equipment and headed back. I figured he was just a little frustrated and would call me, but never heard from him, after about a week I had the permit removed so we were not responsible for the property any more I could not get back on the property to maintain the fencing around the basement hole, nor could I be liable for any other companies or Ray him self doing any work. I contacted an attorney for advice and sent Ray a letter  giving the opportunity to have me finish the job and reminding him his house was setting on my equipment, and he would be charged rent for it. Some fifty day later Rays attorney contacted mine, letting me know they were finished with my equipment. He had hired Beaver Foundation to install the basement, at a reported $38,000.00 for just the basement we could of finished the job and fixed the rest of the wood rot for less than that? I don't know why some one would want to pay almost twice as much to do the work and get a cinder block wall when we were going to install concrete?? But as asked I showed on the given day and time to pick up my equipment upon arrival I was blown away at the horrific mess Beaver Foundation had left, It looked worst than the middle east after Reagan had got done. But getting over the the mess I soon realized that there was a small pile of equipment literally dumped in a pile by the side of the road, the equipment I was there too get, I stood and looked around for a while trying to think they had put it in a spot not specified on the letter sent to the attorney but was soon overwhelmed By the fact that Beaver Foundation and Ray Perrenoud had not returned even enough equipment for me to set one beam, in the manner I had the house loaded. Beaver Foundation or Ray had cut two of the beams they gave back keeping well over twenty feet of each and steeling two other aluminum beams not returning any part of either plus numerous other things for a total theft of over four thousand dollars. Unable to press charges being a civil matter I loaded they equipment and returned Home, And charged Ray Perrenoud for the rental and missing equipment, leaving him owing thousands. A bill that still remains unpaid. Its literally cost me thousand and having to look at the lies Ray posted and read the crap Beaver advertises about there warranties, and brags about there reputation. I have one for you Beaver were is my equipment? 20 year warranty on piers?? 40 years on what??? I had a warranty once but the moon fell from the sky which voided it?? And with that assurance this country is doomed. From the white house to the thieves running business.
