Yea bought a 2000 deville cadillac from these guys and 20 minutes after leaving lot the car overheats i pull over and had it towed back to Dave the owner /manager. He calls me the next day and says nothings wrong with the car and he put a new thermostat in . so i come pick the car up two days later and I get on the road 20 mins and the car over heats again. I get it told to the cadillac dealer this time and they tell me I have a blown head gasket and quoted me 11 k to fix the car . WOW so I call Dave and he said I blew the gasket........ yea right . paid 4 thousand for the car and was told i need 11k if I want to drive it. So I have my own mechanic look at it . and he checks the thermostat and it doesnt even have 1 in there after he supposedly changed it . I strictly asked him to sell me a car that works money was not the issue . Do not buy a car from these guys they will steal your money and lie to you and over charge you!

I would like to say I really feel bad about putting Hampton auto group on ripoff . After sitting down with these guys and explaining to them that I only got 20 minutes of driving out of the car I purchased from them . They took the car back and gave me a better car! Now mind you this was an as is warranty car and they did not have to do that. So I really take back every negative thing I said about these guys. You can buy a car brand new and it can go down . So there is really to way to know the future performance of a car. Vesta Inc. is awesome they stand behind their name and have been around since the early 80 s and will continue to be around with the great customer service they have. So please if your in the market for a used car for the best prices on quality used car I put my money on Hampton Auto Group ! Thanks You guys for standing behind your name!
