Hampton Bay homes continental homes and interiors, continental Inc.the CLARKE husband and wife team, and the builder Mr. Clarke does something with Bella Collena and a company called PHOENIX Built my Custom home and the Builder made what ever CHANGES he wanted without my permission- much NOT TO CODE. The builder for HAMPTON BAY HOMES [Hamptonbayhomes.com] built my custom home and made many SERIOUS changes in the construction without my permission. Some are structural problems due to his lack of supervision (unless it was done on purpose ? because you think the4 builder would be out there fixing his mistakes, if it was a mistake ?
Charging me for things I never got. LIKE WATERPROOFING !! Home is not up to code and I can not move in but has a mortgage on it.
I have researched and see Mr. CLARKE had MANY MANY similar complaints for doing whatever he wants even if not to code.
There are other web sites that give others personal horror experience with him and his desiger wife (or ex wife?).
You just have to seach some of his previous business names as he keeps chaning them.

Seems he changes business names evertime he gets into legal suits or trouble. English guy- not sure if he is a citizen or not of USA. But FLORIDA shows he has Builders liscense.
You can also do a court hours search on the Continenatal homes or Mr. Clarke's persoanl name and see Several Law Suites and complants. MOST for his buiding careere. Some personal stuff beyond the scope of this review.
Understand he was very active with Bella Collena subdivision near Lake Apopka but unser if still affliated with them and the PHOENIX company that works with Bella Collena.
My personal experience is I would not use him or any of his companies again.
