Hampton essentials is a scam online company preying on consumers in search of a bargain in these dismal economic times. I have made several attempts to contact a representative by phone and email to no avail. No one responds to the emails and when I call the number listed for the company, an answering service picks up prompting the caller to leave messages. I ordered 4 bottles of todd oldham perfume for myself as a bday gift at $57.00, as this is my favorite fragrance on the planet. According to the web site, and my order status, the order is being processed and online orders supposedly take 10 days to process. It has been 2 months and I feel helpless and frustrated because clearly the holidays are approaching and I am not in a financial position to give money to a fraudalent company! I am desperate to take drastic measures, i.e., take the company to court in principle alone for their disingenuous and predatory nature. I am sceptical now to order anything online in the future because of this horrific experience and do not recommend this company to anyone.
