Complaint Review: Hampton Inn

I stayed in San Antonio, Texas Sept. 26-28 on the 27th we go out to celebrate and have a good time. I left my purse in the room and only took my driver license and debit card. Well come Sunday morning I go to get something out of my purse. It's gone. Someone came in our room and stole it. I went and reported it to the front desk. They played dumb and acted like they didn't know what could be done. I ask them for the police stations # she said we will call them for you. Guess what. They never called. So finally I called got an officer there. He took the report. And didn't have much to say. My handgun that was in my purse he reported stolen. And that's about it. I called Monday to talk to the GM (Ruben Ortega) and he told me. Nothing anyone could do. And that I deserved because I got intoxicated the night before...I told him he must be part of this scheme. And he said actually yes I am. I stole your purse!! He hung up on me 3 times and cussed me out. Now won't refund my stay give me my stuff back. Or anything I can't get ahold of him now!
