Handbag Outpost FAILURE to deliver!! ripoff Fremont California
I ordered a Coach summer bag from this webpage on 6/2/07. By 6/4/07 my debit for $199 for the bag had cleared. I got an email from them on 6/9/07 with no explanation only stating that they were goin to credit my account the $119. Since 6/9/07, I have contacted them by phone (they NEVER answer) and email about 20 times.
I have spoken to a person ONE time on 6/20/07 who said they would send a check THAT day. Of course a week and a half later no check. I emailed AGAIN and got a response on 7/8/07 that a check would be sent on the next day.
Today is 7/18/07, I am still waiting and FUMING!

We processed this refund and mailed the customer a cashiers check for approx $199.00 as promised. I am an employee of Handbag Outpost and I processed this transaction myself. Our phone lines are often busy and some customers cannot get through at times, however we always answer our email messages within 24 hours or sooner.
We want all of our customers to be happy with our service and this customer was indeed mailed a refund. We have bank records to prove this
