Complaint Review: Hands N Paws (Sophistication Alley Ltd)

This is without a doubt the WORST internet-based "company" I have ever dealt with! I placed an order ($160) on 11/26/07, and after several attempts at contacting them, they claim to have shipped my package out on 12/15/07. it is now 12/23/07 and I still haven't received it.

When checking my order status on their site, it said it was "processed", but I never received a confirmation email, nor did I receive any kind of shipping confirmation. After several unanswered emails, I sent one final email stating that I wanted my order canceled and I would have my credit card company cancel the charges. OF course, I received a shipping confirmation the next day.

Absoutely stay away from these people! I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. I intend to use other, more reputable retailers....and I'm completely willing to pay more for "real" customer service. I also plan on filing a report with BBB.
