I laughed when I read the initial complaint from Carolyn re: HandsNPaws (Sophistication Alley)rude and insulting customer service because the same exact thing happened to me!!

I purchase tons of stuff from the Internet and this is the worst service/company I ever dealt with. I ordered items on 12/1/04 and kept checking the status of the order on line (it kept saying pending). After 2 weeks, I sent email to check on the order but never heard back. I tried calling and left messages.

After about a week, I finally heard back with a curt email saying - "still being processed". I was like, what does that mean?" So I wrote back saying these were needed for christmas (one item ordered was a christmas themed item so definitely they should have known this was needed for christmas), and if I could not get for christmas, i needed to cancel. I then received very nasty, rude, responses back.

It was unbelievable! I asked for someone to call me so I could calmly discuss and no one did. I finally quite bothering writing as it was clear that I was getting no where and someone was enjoying being anonymous sending off rude email. I would suggest steering clear of this internet site company and shop elsewhere.
