Handy.com Handy Be Careful - they will charge credit card, horrible customer service, and deceitful

Do not use Handy.com, the company is decietful and they don't pay there workers enough money. 

They will charge you for no reason and tell you that is how it is. I had spoken to a sales rep about cleaning service, she told me if I sign up to a 3 month package, my first cleaning will be $42, I finally get a booking and they charge me $66, I don't email them and ask them why, they say that is your discount. I explaing to them what the sales rep said and they said there is nothing they can do. 

I asked them to remove my account and all they did was email me there privacy policy. 

Ths company is shady and does not care about its customers or emploies.

They don’t let you delete or cancel your account

 I tried deleting my account but they kept sending me a link to their privacy policy. They don’t delete your credit card number either. The only way to get around this is to report your card lost and get a new credit card. This is very shady business practice.
