Summation of events for purposes of being brief and clear as to loss. I hired them to fix small leak in kit. ceiling. Their recommendation was to repair tub surround. Started out with extimate of $1200.00 and the job grew to $4000.00. My loss as they refused to fix the problem and leak still resurfacing. Inspection done for sale of the property proved to be a circus. The inspector stated I was superbly ripped off and would need to compensate for the bathroom problems. The buyer should not have to deal with this problem. Since I did have it fixed and because if I had left it alone they could of fixed the leak but now the recommendation is for a new bath.
