I also received this letter from Hanfield Financial Group claiming FINAl NOTIFICATION of winning the Consumer's Reward Program Lottery of $39K...a check of $3900 was included with this letter to pay for applicable Tax, which would be deducted from my winnings.
I researched Hanfield Financial Group...the address being in NY but using a PA zip code of 15377 on their letter head.
I contacted Hanvit Bank in Los Angeles: 323.733.8294. An asian lady answered 'No Check' and the majority of the conversation I could not quite understand...I am going to try and call her again.

Did ya enter a lottery? Why do you think you received a check for a lottery you did not enter? Its a SCAM, do you live in a cave? How do you not know about this? Go ahead and deposit the check, it will bounce a few days later only after you are stupid enough to send them money.
