Complaint Review: Hangzhou Jiaoren Petrol Powered Manufacturer Co Ltd

Hello, I have concern about Hangzhou Jiaoren Petrol Powered Manufacturer, they advertise on many websites. I forward a company audit on them I received, the address does not exist and they have taken a approx 40,000 RMB deposit from us on  Jan 2011, still they do not supply us.  I have had 2 freight companies in China try to contact them but they never answer the phone and do not reply to the freight company emails or CIS inspection services.

Our inspector spent a whole day to find the factory, but failed.  We did not find Zhenhua Rd 168#.
 
We asked the mail carrier because they  sent parcels and mails every day, but the mail carrier does know this address, we also asked the people who lives near there, no one know this address and factory, we  even went to  the police office to check this factory and the Zhenhua Rd 168#, but no any record! this address is not true.
