Hankook tirerack rebate scam Hankook consistently loses/denies rebate forms. El Paso Internet
I should have Googled before I fell for the hankook rebate scam. I bought four new tires on Tirerack.com. I completed the rebate forms and mailed them in a timely manner. Waited the six weeks then went to the rebate site to check the status. No rebate information found. Called the number listed on the rebate form. They had my name and address on record, but said they did not receive my paperwork.
If you search around the internet you'll see that they do this to lots of customers. I will not purchase Hankook tires or use tirerack again. Other stores will match tirerack prices.
