HANLEES HILLTOP TOYOTA ripoff, packing payments this is bigger than gunderson chevrolet just check it out ripoff business from hell RICHMOND California
this dealership does nothing but pack payments hide gross raise sales prices on leases over msrp.
drink at work has terrible csi and this is all encouraged from the top, owners and general sales manager.
unfortunately the employees who are mostly new sales people think that is the way it is.
if you were to send someone in not only would this explode into a multi million dollar law suit but a huge investigation starting from about 1997.
the owner don lee has absolutely no respect for the buisness and taking care his customers. i would test the credability of this report by sending someone in to this store.
this compnay is focusing on the hispanic market in the richmond area and probally has investigations pending right now.
use a hispanic person to investigate and make sure that the general sales manger is there when you go in or call so he works the deal.
if you use the same tactics that were done at gunderson you will be a winner.

The Auto Loan Manager at my Credit Union, 1st United Service Credit Union, has 30 years in the auto loan business. She has worked for years and years with Hanlees Hilltop Toyota, and recommended Hanlees Hilltop Toyota to me over other Toyota dealers in the area. She said they would treat me fairly and were honest in all regards.

This is completely unsubstantiated. First, the employees are not mostly new. Many have worked for dealerships before. Some are new; some have been here for over a year. Second, many of our customers are Hispanic because the store is in a Hispanic neighborhood. Many of our salespeople are also Latinos. Why is this a problem? Third, I'm not sure what you meant by "drink at work." I have never seen anyone drink at work, and if it happened, whoever did so would be fired immediately. But it is not a problem. I have never seen this happen. Fourth, what is your problem with Don Lee. The employees have been instructed to be honest with all our customers. Dishonesty is reason for dismissal.
As to the only real complaint you have, it is so poorly written as to make it unintelligible. You have something to say about leases and raising the MSRP. Did you lease a car? What exactly was the problem? When you signed the lease, did you read it? This is purely scatalogical, and unfair.
