Hans Digital Media LLC (edatadomain.com) List providing Services California
Friends be cautious to deal with this company edatadomain.com. They approached us through email and then after discussion we paid for obtaining list services. Once the payment was done they stop responding. After 2 weeks when they responded they keep on committing one date after another.
They infact promised a refund also on missing deadline. They missed the deadline but they didn't refunded. They then shared a list which is almost like junk list. The company where we made the payment is Hans Digital Media LLC with the address 340 S Lemon Ave, 9632 WALNUT, CA 91789 USA.
When we researched more they are already listed on ripoff report (https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/e-data-domain/hamilton-new- jersey-08619/e-data-domain-purchased-email-listing-hamilton-new-jersey-1375971). We wish we had read this before.

What is claimed in the report is not true. They are just trying to damage company reputation and trying to get the money back with free service

Whatever claimed in this report is not true. We had delay in shipping the data due to our internal issues. But we had delivered it on the committed dealline. i.e. 2nd April , Monday Morning. We had delivered the data on PST morning. dispite all hurdles.
Customer also complained that the data quality is not good. But we had requested the customer to provide the problematic data. and they never responded to the subject and simply ignored. The customer also offered me to remove the post if I do refund. That simply tells that, they just wanted the money back dispite enjoing the service which is delivered.
Though generally we promise 90-95% accuracy on data. we had promised 100% accuracy on this specific list. The reasn being few technology list we make sure it is 100% accurate. More over we had delivered 30% additional contacts to this customer.
Since the customer had used the list and even the data is sent on 2nd April 2017, We did not find a reason to refund this customer.
