These company are mostly operated by Filipino call center agents or sales agents who are very rude, unfriendly and most of all scammers! They would tell you that the name of their comoany was westwood international, when actually it is the Pioneer Communications, a phonecard service provider!
They would do everything on their power to get a bussiness deal with you. they would even tell you that the conversation is recorded to secure evry deal is understood by both parties and blah2. oh really? cos guess what?! after the deal is done, they're gone! and probably, the cut out some of the conversations/ agreement that was made with their sales supervisor named Odi Miguel Cunanan!
I got a phone call from Westwood international stating that i won a vacation package with these following offers: 1. Air category which was free airfare tickets to 6 countries 2. Cruise Certificates of the Royal Carribean where i can get free cruises for 7times good for 1 week. 3. A bonus package of 27 certificates for 27places free hotel stay! WOW! What an offer?! and as the conversation goes a long way.. they started telling me that there's a payment for this for only $499.. valid for 5 years, good for two adults and transferrable.
I wasn't actually planning to get any of these packages since i dont have the money and job. but then, one of the agents, passed on the conversation with their sales supervisor named Odi Miguel Cunanan, 35years old and a Filipino! he told me that there's nothing to worry, since the bank will provide for my payment. and ill only have to pay the bank a monthly payment of $20 til i payed the whole amount and they wont deduct any money from my account until next month! Seems nice huh?! and that they need my card information and number to used as an identity... oh really?! so here's what happend: i was trying to tel him dat im gonna call back if ive decided for this already and to hold the offer for me. but then, i was surprised when they told me that it was already on the processed. so i talk to nthis 3rd party verification agent again named: Christopher Mesina, also a Filipino! i told him i wont verify anything since i dont have the money to pay for it. but everytime i try to cancel it, they passed on the conversation with Miguel cunanan. and this sales supervisor would told me not to worry about anything since the payment won't be deducted from my account, cos the Bank of America will be paying for it and i will pay the bank monthly. he even told me that he already coordinated with the bank since their company's payroll is from the Bank of America! he even gave me his mobile number which i later found out was a Fake number and he also gave me his employee id number which was also fake when i checked it on the state of california's employees when i searched for his last name. after the conversation, i called them back right away to cancel it and give me a refund and that miguel cunanan told me that he'll fix the problem as soon as possible! but then, they already took my money and deducted it from my account. i know, i made a Big Mistake answering their phone call that day. i tried calling them back again about getting a refund but then that Alexander Hans told me that i shoudl've "think twice" about it. how stupid are they to say that to me? he was even shouting to me on the phone trying to be so defensive. i was looking for that Odi Miguel Cunanan but they said they dont know him or they would say, he's on the other line. also, hans would tell me that i cant hear you, you got a blur reception! and that he was busy and im wasting his time cos he had other clients! What?! wasting his time? but when they call u to do their business, they dont even care about wasting their time calling u the whole day with different toll numbers that they're using! OMG! i cant believe them. i tried to send them an email and here's the response that i got:
I am very sorry for the inconvenience that may cause to you. Ive already forwarded your concern to our sales department and expect a call from them w/in this day.
So, ive waited for their calls, but they never called back.
They were so mean and so rude. they never called me back after the incident. and everytime i call them and mention my name, they just hung up or make some alibis that i should talk directly with miguel. but how can i talk to him? when they always say that he's on the other line. he'll call u back and blah2..
i wasnt able to talk to that miguel cunanan anymore, also with that denver gatchalian! the guy named alexander/ Hans even told me on the phone that he doesnt care if i dont trust filipinos. omg! i cant believe they would say these things. Pkus when asked about their website, they wont even give it to u which i later find out that the westwood international has a different address from wat they gave me. and if u try searching online about the pioneer communications, the addres of that company is the same with the address of westwood international.. they just changed the name.
