I was interviewed twice by this company in the Dominican Republic and started doing work for the owner, who is a foreigner. He refused to pay me and promised me a great package in the future. However I had to quit my job before I could accept the offer, and as a new unestablished company it was an unreasonable risk that he was asking from me. I was already in an exploited situation in the workplace. A lot of programmers in the Dominican Republic hope to improve their situations as they have to work in sub-par conditions.

Some of the content on his web site is plagiarized from other people who have worked for him, including graphic, web and writing work. He used to call himself Dutch thinking consulting and was the CEO before using other names. He says that stealing somebody else's idea is allowed if it is a good one, and priceless things come for free.
