Hanson's Window & Siding I purchased new windows and siding and gutter grates. We are very disappointed in the windows. cheap and drafty. We had contacted Handsons on several occasions to complain. All we got was the run aro Madison Hgts, Michigan
We purchased siding, windows and gutter grates, siding and grates were fine. Windows were not what we ordered, the salesman sold us the top of the line windows, which we did not get! These windows we got were very cheap, they are drafty and get condensation in the glass, we called Hansons on several occasions, they sent people out to so called fix the problem. But only the problem never got fixed. Money down the drain our old windows were better! The windows are not sound proof, we hear everything outside.
They sent so many people out to our house, but never fixed the problem. We just got tired of them not doing anything! But making excuses for this and that. Now we are stuck with terrible drafty windows, and to top it all off, we paid cash for the services, and this is what we got!
