Hanson Services RIPOFF Never started work after paid in full for landscaping Bozeman Montana
Hanson Services has been taking peoples money all over the Gallatin Valley and then not performing any landscaping. We paid him for complete landscaping of our 1/2 acre almost a year ago and he has not done a thing, and he will not refund our money.
The local sheriff's office is currently investigating him for poor business practices and will hopefully be pressing criminal charges. But as of now, he is still collecting money and not doing the work.
We know of at least 4 other cases of similar incidents. He has been giving us phony accountant names, and lied to us about being licensed and insured.

we did not pay him in full! we only paid half which was $8700.00. He breached the contract so many times that we signed a new one that said we are paid in full and if he does not finish the job in the time allotted (which he did not) then he is responsible for complete payment to whomever we choose to hire and finish the job.

I think it was a big mistake to pay in full, before he even did anything. Why did you do it that way? Do you have a written contract?
