I had new windows installed. two days later I noticed one window was installed improperly and could leak. Also have two windows that dont' work at all.
got the run around from customer service, and then when they finally did schedule a technician
nobody showed up.
Once you sign that contract they don't care ...period. buyer beware!!!! Call someone else.
