HANY BEKHIT, WEST SHORE REALTY, has been ripping off renters, home owners for the last 15 yrs.
I was one of the people he stole from, me and my family lost our house
to him. We are working with the Dist Attorney and will have to testify againt him.
Its worth it so he doesnt do this to anyone else.. West Shore Realtysupports his actions and are in on the scam but please do not do any business with him or this company... You will ned up losing your money, being lied to, scammed, devistated, harrassed, and lied to.
They know how to use the system to hurt innocent people. They have scammed over 40 people and stolen over 400,000!

This review has been posted by an angry prior tenant, Jennifer Sue Pike, who required eviction after refusing to pay rent for about 4 months and damaging the property significantly. Jennifer Sue Pike, AKA Jenny Pike, Jennifer Pike, Jenny C Pike, and her 2 daughters Courtney Pike & Ciana Pike leased my property back in 2018.
At the time, Jennifer Pike submitted an application as well a letter from her employer IBC of Nevada, LLC stating her income. We agreed on a one-year lease, after I spoke with her work supervisor Farrell Howard who had assured me that she would be compensated from the company for a significant portion of her rent. Jennifer Pike also sent a letter signed by Farrell Howard as a confirmation. Jennifer Pike damaged our property, glued carpet on our hardwood floor without informing us or seeking our permission, damaged our walls, recklessly left all the windows and doors open during the intense winter rainstorm that we had in southern CA in 2019, and she didn’t pay rent for three and a half months.
The damages exceeded $30,000, and the court awarded us $12,000 in damages. She did not pay the $12,000. You can easily access her eviction case in the Los Angeles Superior Court of Inglewood. Jennifer Pike even posted on Yelp.
I reached out to Yelp and sent them all the case information. They took her posts down twice. Also there is a police report against her in the City of Manhattan Beach for identity theft, after she tried to use my last name fraudulently. By claiming my last name was actually her last name, she claimed that she was the owner of the property she had leased from me. To prove that all her baseless and fraudulent accusations are not true, I am an active Realtor in CA.
If there had been any truth behind her fraudulent accusations, my license would have been suspended immediately. And anyone can check the DRE website here: https://www.dre.ca.gov. to verify that my license is in good standing. The police would have been knocking on my door, rather than me listing and selling real estate multiple times successfully and without issues last year as well as this year. Jennifer Pike is a horrible, disgusting, deceitful, malicious, repulsive, spiteful human being, who engages in borderline criminal behavior. For your own protection, steer clear of Jennifer Pike.
