Complaint Review: HAPPILY EVER LAUGHTER PARTIES

I received a email from LACEE this is what she said, ''She is a llc in santa cruz, she collects all money at this address, the citys she performs in are not the place of her business, she is not required to have a business license for each city, if you actually understood CA LICENSING LAWS BEFORE YOU EXPENED SO MUCH ENERGY UNNECESSARY''.  According to all the citys I called it is YOU  that does not no  or follow the laws. They say you ARE  required to have license  for each city you work in.   You brag that you have 30 girls working the state of CA , according to all the citys I  talked to you are  the one braking the codes ,not me. You are the one sending girls out over the whole state taking jobs away from local people. You are the one booking jobs in L.A were if the people wanted to take you to court, they would have problems since you are  on the other end of the state. You and  GIGMASTERS lie and say you are based out of FREMONT, when you are not, and have no license there for the past 3 years. WHY ARE ALL THE CITYS IN CA LETTING YOU GET AWAY WITH THIS. You are ripping off the citys, endangering your girls, by letting them work illegally, and  not protecting the consumers rights.  You are not professional,you are part of the internet domance, and you are to big for your own good. Its time for you to come be in the real world and leave your pretend world, were all you need to do is say I DON;T NO THE LAWS, like you do, unlike you I ASK, I don;t want to  rip off people so I can take all the work.  I DON;T DECEIVE PEOPLE.  You said why do I  not put my effort toward work rather then looking at what you do, I CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER, I care about the children, you care about making  profit  as you don't play fair or honest.

First off I would like to say you work with Gigmasters, many of the companys there are also without lisences, and trademark infridgment. Do you want a list of names, you are right I have studyed all of this for three years and have handed it over to the state of ca. People don;t take my word for it look yourself, Do you see spiderman Dora,spongebob, on her friends at gigmasters sites. These companys do not own these characters, since I assist to help clean up the net with Federal trademark and there attorneys. The owners of all the big trademarks. I can promise you that they are not suspost to do these characters. Second today congress said and I will quote'' one of the largest criminal lawsuits in history for 500 million dollars for selling drugs  is on google,'" so she says she works  with both of these companys, and we are suppost to think she is right.. I called santa cruz,no license,I called Los angles, no lisence, I called Sac, no lisence. And many other citys that require a lisence. All of these citys do. In fact in sac, you can go to jail for working without a License.   About her insurance, I said her policy does not cover her girls, I called the company and they said it only covered her and not enploys. I no she has work mans comp  on some of the girls, I  just question that its 26 girls.  Lets do the math, she hires out girls on yourefferal, at 75 dollars a show. She starts her charges at 100 dollars. According to gigmasters.com Again according to youferral she pays for there balloons, facepaints, on top off there pay.  So she says they are enploys that she pays, insurance on withholding, advertising,supplys,and city lisences for all the citys between her and l.a. There is 3 in santa cruz its self that requires lisences. She does this all with that 25 dollars, I am not buying this, I have sent all this to the state of ca to be looked at. Ask for proof at the door ID, licence with the city on it and insurance Id with proof that it covers the girl,not just company. The contract you need the girls real name, and town where she is from. Lacee are you sure you want to call me a liar, when all of this has been sent to the state. I don;t say things that I haven;t checked on.  So you are a llc, big deal that does not cover enploys, you are not a talent agent. I checked on that also.I still stand on you are not legal, so I have asked the state to decide, not me.  But my mother said if it look like a cat and acts like a cat, it probably is a cat.I have called all these citys. Why do you undercharge everyone else, do you not no that is a sign of under  ground economy.We will let them decide this, but I'm not buying your story.

We would like to use this opportunity to respond to this statement, as false and misleading as it is.  This particular competitor of our company has been focused on trying to defame and damage our company for close to three years. 

First, we would love to provide any of our clients with a copy of our insurance policy, also available on our website, that clearly states that all of our employees are fully insured as childrens face painters/entertainers for up to a million dollars. We carry all appropriate insurance, including professional liability and unemployment insurance, for all of our employees.

None of the entertainers that we send to families are subcontractors, they are all employees of our company that have gone through extensive training, background checks, and are fully insured. 

Our company is an LLC registered with the State of California, and all appropriate records are maintained by the office of the California Secretary of State. We are happy to provide our clients with copies of all appropriate registration forms and licenses. We carry business licenses for every city that has required us to do so, and such licenses are also available upon request to any of our clients. 

The rules for business license requirements are different in every city, and we follow all relevant laws and regulations.

We have excellent relationships with, and outmost respect for, most of our competitors, and we wish that all entertainers in our area would focus on creating more magic for the children, rather than spend their energy on such
pointless attacks.
