This guy Robert Massimi is an individual under some serious SEC investigation, please see the link http://billingsgazette.com/business/sec-alleges-hedge-fund-was-a-ponzi-scam/article_6cabcc8e-1db9-5b20-adb2-132cc82a1c17.html He approached me at the beginning of last year saying that he got my number from a friend who spoke very highly of Happy Rock and that he wanted to refer business to us. He stated that he could help hire sales people and refer several brokers. He also stated that he had several legal issues and multiple judgements and wanted to operate as a contractor under his company Visionary Investments. He would submit weekly invoices for his services and we have paid every single one of them. After a few weeks it became clear that Robert had no knowledge of the cash advance industry and was not able to handle customers or brokers. In August, after some difficulties with the people he was referring, we decided to part ways. He was definitively not happy and started right away bad-mouthing Happy Rock with employees and other companies and demanding payment of extra fees. After a few more months, upon learning about a few deals we had made with one of the guys he originally referred to us, he started threatening of suing Happy Rock for unpaid commissions. We kindly told him to have his attorney contact us if he felt he had a claim. Further we explained him that he got paid on all the invoices he submitted and there was no contract or agreement to pay anything on deals we closed ourselves. He got very enraged and decided to engage in extortion tactics by posting negative reviews on-line and persuading his friends to do the same. He also threatened to continue posting until we paid him $25,000. The post above from Orlando Hernandez is an example. We had to call the police to make him stop.

Happy Rocks owners, Luigi Ceneri and Rick Geller rip off their employees by going behind salesmans backs , stealing their deals to not pay them commissions owed them. Luigi Ceneri also makes an initial deal with you, then says he never agreed to that. Happy Rock prays on the weak, this time they messed with the wrong person as I am about to file a six figure law suit against them. Anyone who was screwed by these two liars and crooks can reach out for me on here to join in on the law suit. I have a lawyer who will only charge if we win! Lets get back at these two thieves!
