We usually have our repairs done in Crystal River, FL. at Extreme Inflatables. Since my husband was headed north on a quick trip, he decided to go to Happy Time in Greenville, SC. He dropped 2 waterslides off and left. That evening, he was hit by a deer and wrecked the vehicle he was in. He could not get a rental wth a hitch, so he had to come all the way home drive back to Greenville (5 hours) to get them. They said they could not repair them correctly and then held the units hostage until he paid $100 folr having them looked at even though they could not fiv them. They are much more expensive than our usual repair shop.
