Nana's Store Nana's store advertised brand new Doctor Who box set seasons 1-5, what I received was a bad copy off a TV set with season 4 completely blank. Company promised to send replacement, but weeks went by with no package. Every time I emailed, I was asked to "be patient".  Not until after filing a complaint with PayPal, that Nana's store gave me a tracking # for the replacement. That was on 7/30/11. I am still "waiting" for the package to arrive. Tracking # to Chinese mail website shows package "ready to deliver". It has been 2 months since I first contacted company with problem.
