Harbinger Construction Bill Davis, Took tens of thousands of dollars as contractor but paid no one Atlanta, Georgia
I hired Bill Davis / William P Davis / Harbinger Construction in Georgia to build a custom home. I paid him tens of thousands of dollars against work completed (by subcontractors). Instead of paying the subcontractors, however, the money vanished. Soon Bill vanished too. Old fashioned contractor fraud. Anyone who hears from him or works from him should assume his only goal is to rip you off.
