My usual water bill was around $28.00 dollars. I got a bill back in July for $68.00. My normal comsumption was 1900 cubic meters it went up three times that. I contacted the water company and they came out, no leaks were found. I went to the property manager Joanne and she claimed to have no idea why.

I came home a few days in a row and noticed the guys pressure washing the breezeways, outside walls of the buildings and the parking lots. On that Thursday when I came home the water hoses were running alongside my breezway and front doors, I noticed the guy using a lot of water. An employee heard me complaining about the water bill and later reminded me about the guys pressure washing the buildings and lots.

My apartment complex use people with those portable water buffalos, not Harbor Pines. I was the only residence in my building of eight units so they used my outside water faucet to clean up. Yes this was some dirty doing, so I am writing up my experience to help others. As for when I leave here in December, I was told that no matter what I was going to pay for the carpet to be cleaned. When I moved in the carpet looks like it been in here for 3 or 4 years, not new at all. I complained of the spot and it was half a*s clened. Other military folks have told me that they all had to pay $300 to $400.00 to have the carpet replaced or have this placed on their credit reports...some fight it orsettle for less. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
