Now, they are saying even though we didn't receive the equipment that we will still be charged a cancellation fee. They have plans to still take it out of our bank account. They said we still have to get the equipment even though we can't use it. Which isn't our fault that our building doesn't have active lines to use this machine.
We put in a cancellation before we had the order completed for the machine. They hadn't charged out account the $25 dollars yet before we found out that our building wouldn't be able to support the machine. They are still going to charge us the cancellation fee and we have been trying to talk to a supervisor and they are saying there is no supervisor. Help, because now I'm reading on this website that this company has scammed many others.

1. Reach out to your sales rep, they can take care of it. 2. If the system hasn't shipped, then you shouldn't be charged any cancellation fees. You can also email the factory team that you were assigned, like Bravo, Zulu or Echo. Team managers monitor those emails and should respond accordingly. If none of that works, you can email Jared, the CEO of HT like he has suggested on other compliants. His email is Jared at harbortouch - dot - com
