This company sells one thing but delivers another. They supposedly say that you receive a free POS System, however, you must use their Credit Card processing company. The rates are suppose to be competetive howvever they aren't. They kept $11,000 of my proceesing fees when I decided to leave. Their is a class action Lawsuit being prepared against them for overcharges and many other areas. "buyer beware"

I have read and responded to a number of Harbortouch compliants. It may just be me but this sounds like a post that came from a competitor that is simply unpset about having Harbortouch as a competitor. Yes, we are a credit card processor and that is what makes us different from traditional POS vendors like Micros & Aloha. Instead of making money on selling equipment, we heavely invest ourselves into the merchant's business. Our focus is the POS and any money make features we can come up with. The mores successful we help a merchant become, the faster our return on investment. A vendor that simply sells the equipment makes their profit upfront and doesn't have the same motiviation for improvements like us. We become long term business partners I like to say.
As I tell every prospect I speak with. We will match any processor's fees. I do it all the time. The difference is everything we are bringing to the table that no other processor does. We are simply not another processor but a processor with a POS that will continue to evovle and help your busienss grow! One example is we are not compatible with tabbedout.com, a free mobile app that allows the customer to pay their bill with their smartphone!
