We used this company for credit card processing.  Sent a cancellation letter via email to close this account on 4/25/12. We weren't using this account and there was no activity.  Received confirmation that it was received and was being processed.  We continued to be billed a monthly statement fee and processing fee.  Called and the employee who confirmed receipt of the cancellation notice is no longer there but I forwarded all our emails.  Spoke to someone who was going to help me out but he did not.  I sent all our bank statements showing the debits that occurred after the cancellation notice was received. Never heard anything. Called again with no response.  Now I'm getting billed for another $123.00 and just received my "final" notice.  I would NEVER deal with this company.

Hi,

I would make these few suggestions on getting this fixed.  When dealing with companies the size of Harbortouch, it is unfortunate that somethings slip through the cracks.  Just happens when you have some many employees.  I would stay on top of them until it is fixed.

Email customer service [@] harbortouch dot com with all the information you said, so there is a communication trail.  If that doesn't get anywhere, reach out to your sales agent that signed you up.  If that does work, try the CEO, Jared.  His email is his first name @harbortouch.com.  Please only email Jared as a last resort.  The guy is very busy running his company.
