Any Attorney  interested in perusing a CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT and any additional merchant victims within these reports, interested? 

With research you'd find very many more disgruntled and victimized merchants that were ripped off with fraudulent charges as well as our company.  Merchants raising complaints at the BBB or other avenues.

Financially they owe our company over the past 3 years at least $3000. With a financial officer to audit our records, i'll bet that number is far off the actual.

Lawsuits should include United Band Card, FIRST NAT. BANK OMAHA, with their more than 15,000 locations /ISO's, agent's,  Financial Systems ,check system services, More...

Each month they take fees that are not owed, they admit mistake and sometimes re-deposit about 1/2 amount after we call and point it out. However there is 2 years we didnt catch the excess charges-shame on us, and when pointed it out they would only go back 1month.

WE fired them in writing and fax, yet they continue to take fees, charge for register tape and other services we NEVER used=our wireless/paperless machine never uses. PLUS Charged us for 2 machines-we only ever had was ONE, & it was ours! we didn't rent their machine. Much more...
